Websites for welders
Welder website design, from £10 + VAT per month
Coded, mobile, and specific about what you weld
Welding enquiries come from two directions: a business with a broken machine and a homeowner wanting gates. The site has to make clear which of those you want, and prove you can do it.
What your customers check first
The buyer is either an engineer or a homeowner, and they need different proof
Your website will show what you can fabricate and the jobs that prove it, with an enquiry form that asks for the drawing.
Are you coded, and to what
Coding to the relevant standard, and which processes and positions it covers. For structural and pressure work this is not a selling point, it is a requirement, and an uncoded welder cannot take the job at all.
What processes and materials
MIG, TIG, MMA and stick, and whether you work in aluminium, stainless and cast iron as well as mild steel. Aluminium and cast iron in particular are searched specifically because so few people do them well.
Will you come to me
Mobile welding, on-site repair and whether you can work at height or in a confined space. For plant breakdowns the ability to attend today is worth more than the price.
Can you work from a drawing, or do you design it
Whether you fabricate from supplied drawings, or measure and design yourself. Homeowners wanting gates need the second; engineering customers assume the first.
Pages that pull their weight
Fabrication and repair are different businesses
One is planned, designed and quoted from a drawing. The other is a breakdown that needs somebody today. They should not compete for space on the same page.
Mobile welding and on-site repair
Breakdowns, plant, farm machinery and structural repairs where the item cannot be moved. Urgent, well paid, and the page that should carry your number most prominently.
Gates, railings and metalwork
The domestic side, bought visually. Galleries of finished gates and railings, the finishes you offer, and whether galvanising and powder coating are included.
Fabrication from drawings
Business customers with a specification. Cover the drawing formats you accept, tolerances, materials and whether you handle finishing and delivery.
Aluminium, stainless and cast iron
Specialist work that fewer welders take on, so the search is less competitive and the customer has usually been turned away elsewhere before finding you.
What it costs
From £10 + VAT per month
Design, build, hosting on top-tier servers, and the contact form wired end to end so an enquiry reaches your phone rather than a mailbox nobody checks. Search engine review and ongoing optimisation are available alongside.
We are in Herefordshire and work across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Dudley, Walsall and the wider West Midlands. Tell us what sort of work you want more of and we will say plainly what would bring it in.
Worth saying plainly
We are a West Midlands digital business, not a national web factory. That means you speak to the person building the site, the quote is fixed before anything starts, and if a website is not what your business needs right now we will tell you that instead of selling you one.
The examples on our websites page are design concepts rather than client sites — we are new and building our client base, and we would rather say so than dress up a portfolio.
